I was robbed on the 24/12/2013 and upon trying to log a claim I was informed to open a case at the police station. MTN refused to assist me with my phones IMEI number after explaining to 5 agents that I lost my contract as well as my phones box. It seems as if they just dont want to assist me.
The agents refuses to give me a copy of my contract even! According to my knowledge they should have this on record for 5 years. I am disgusted at this service.
