Contract cancelled but still being billed on prepa

I paid vodacom amount of R3188.81 for premature cancellation on the 4/02/2013, after they charge me while they have canceled the contract, I called spoke to a gentle man Thabo team leader who checked on the system and said it's was vodacom fault he will take responsibility and write off the amount. That's was in May, now in October I get a later from vvm debt collectors saying I owe vodacom an amount of R676.51. And I called vodacom and spoke to manager Prenesh who checked the account and promise on 18/10/2013, at 8:15 am, that's they were going to call vvm and tell them to stop, on Monday I get a call again from vvm, this have course the sleepless night and stress for me since Feb I m dealing with vodacom. Porta was the worse person to deal with in vodacom for she knows nothing in her job. Now I m suffering due to bad service rendered by her.
