On the 11october2013 I contacted them to cancel two contracts, I was told that the last installment would be on the11 November 2013. I then called to make sure that they have been cancelled, only to be told that I need to pay more money. I refuse. After 3 hours of holding on for the different operators they should be paying me. I refuse to pay, I refuse to talk to any more rude consultants. If they really record the calls they can pull the recordings and prove me right
