14 DAYS TO REFUND??! UNACCEPTABLE

This month my cell phone bill was much higher than usual which caused my account to be unpaid. If not for this fact, I would not have checked my statement & noticed that Vodacom was still billing me for a BIS & SMS package that I have upgraded from Oct2012. On 26/10/2012 I went to Vodacom S-Mall to upgrade my contract from BB to Samsung S3.Consultant (Jaco) assisted me. He informed me of the new smart packages & I accepted the deal. He confirmed that even though I will be using my S3, I will still be on the BIS & SMS bundle package till end of the month & then on 01/11 the new smart package will replace what I have had once before. Apparently this never happened. When contacting the call centre about the matter I was told that it was my own responsibility to cancel my BIS & bundle - this has never been communicated to me. I made it clear that I expect a refund and the long and short is that I got this ref. S3-TSH2E-ED304 and was told the matter will take 14 days to be resolved. This is not fair I have been paying an additional R85 for 8/9 months for something I did not ask for, nor used & I just expect to get my money back. ASAP.Please assist in this matter as 2 weeks is unacceptable.
