I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 11.12.2013. This was acknowledged by MTN on the 17.12.2013 with reference REQ:3043840. Till today I have not recieved any form of communication from MTN regarding the status of the complaint. No call NOTHING. On that very same day I also logged a complaint with the MTN complaints department reference REQ:3025195 and guess what I have not recieved any form of feedback. What is the use of a complaints department if matters are not attended to. If this is the way customers are treated at MTN it is truley sad!!! I am seriously frustrated.
