Incorrect billing for top up line

In September 2013 I changed my MTN data line to a R200 MTN top up line. Ever since I have been charged for an open line and top up line and receive two invoices each month for calls being made. I have queried this issue with the call centre called the 808 number but they keep on telling me that the change is filtrating through the system and that my account will be credited for the amounts that was not supposed to be debitted. I am still waiting. This is frustrating and poor service from MTN.
