I logged a complaint with Hello peter regarding an outragous bill received for data usage in ONE day on my account. On the day the complaint was logged, I got an SMS and a repsonse via Hello peter.

A. NO REFERENCE NUMBER ACCOMPANIED THE COMPLAINT
B. IT'S THE END OF THE MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T HAD ANY CALLS!!!
