Money been taken out from my account

On the 20 Jan on a Sunday i had about R130 worth of airtime and around 66mb of data in my contract account.By 18:30 on the same day everything had been taken away from my account with no reasons. called them on sat the 26th Jan 2013, was to;d by their consultant that i will get a feed back within 3 working days. I waited till Friday when i called to inquire about my case. was on the line with a different consultant for over forty min then they hung up on me. Did not even try to get back to me.
I called them on 02 feb and the person was very unhelpful and hung up on me.
