VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!

Vodacom debited my account on 28 Jan for my monthly account but my airtime has still not been credited! When I called yesterday the consultant told me it can't be my airtime, but it must be my sim card. I checked last night and again this morning and account balance is on 75c - so this guy had no idea what he was talking about.

I tried to calling this morning 3 times, each time I have to sit and wait and listen the worst telephone music alive while I wait to speak to a human. For each call I waited over 8 minutes and eventually hung up out of frustration.

I can't make calls nor can I send text messages. I am pregnant and drive alone everyday quite a long distance to get to work and back and if something happens how will I be able to contact someone in case of an emergency because Vodacom has failed to keep their end of the deal!

Furthermore, Vodacom you are in breach of the CPA. You have taken money from my bank account but you have not provided me with service I am paying for. If this is how you do business I'd rather cancel my contract and go somewhere else.
