No feed back of case after 14 work days!!!

Reported case on the 4th May. On the tuesday following I called in to find out the progress. After failing for 20 minutes to get through to a consultant I eventually got through at aroung 16:20 only to be put on hold again for 10 min. When I called back I got a machine telling me that the department was closed and work hours re from 8am til 4:30pm. All I can assume is that the lady just wanted to go home insted of helping me. I called the very next day and received good service from a gentlemen and he informed me it takes 10 working days to resolve the case. I am now on day 14 and still no response and try as I may to get through to a consultant in either the debit or cheque/credit department it seems impossible!! R7000 was taken out of my account and I need to pay rent and my car but this doesn't seem to bother anyone. I have had an account with Standard Bank for nearly 20 years and this is the service that I receive. Seriously considering changing banks!!! My Ref no. 3212271
