Good Day

On the 6th September I called your offices to inquire when my membership would expire I was told your accounts department will get back to me. On the 12/13th I called and I was told the same thing. The consultant told me that my account was on "hold". When I asked what that means she told me no deductions will be made till someone from your company calls me back. I asked her what your turn around time was and she said 5 days. On the 25th the deduction went off on my account, I had still not gotten a call from anyone. I called on the 26th September, and the consultant told me the same story. I told her of my frustration at having to constantly call your offices to find out what was going on. She told me she will personally go to the accounts department and ask that they call me. Monday the 30th I call again. Told the same story, except this time I am told the person supposed to be dealing with my query is or has been on leave. Again I am told someone will phone me back. Tuesday the 1st of October, almost a month since I first contacted your office with one simple question, I still have not been called. I phoned and was told someone will urgently get back to me. still waitin
