I have had an account with Edgars since 2008 and the Card protection Plan was one of the option I took, I have been paying my account without any problems till now, the company I worked for got liquidated and we got retrenched without getting our packages so I couldn't afford to pay my account anymore so I went and submitted my claim at Edgars.. Two months later I get a messages that I had to pay my account.. I then went to inquire about it, The Cashier called the head office and the consultant I spoke with was so rude to me and told me that my claim had been declined and that they wont pay it, I must make a plan and pay the amount I owed, when I asked why because I have been paying that Plan and account from 2008, she told me they wont pay my account, I must make a plan and pay it and later eventually told me that she cant help me and hung up on me... Now I am left with a debt that was supposed to be covered and it wont, still don't understand why because that lady hung up on me, she didn't even give me her name or log in her call. I'm very disappointed in Edgars and cant believe that all these years my money has gone to waste, didnt know they business was built on money
