Incorrect Amount Debited & Battling to get Refund

Cell C debited almost R1000.00 more than the amount owed on the 28/01/13 I called & they said they could not help me as it was not reflecting on their bank account. I do accept that.

I waited till the 7/02/13 & called the customer care line & after explaining the situation I was told I would get a Refund.

After not getting any money back I then called again on the 14/02/13. I was told they sent me a email saying my query was resolved. I did not receive any mail! The consultant told me they credited my January invoice to which they allocated the money. So my cash is floating somewhere in Cell C's bank account..

I still did not get any response & sent them a VERY SNOTTY email on the 18/02/13. I got a confirmation that said a consultant will respond within 24-48 hours.

Surprise, surprise it has been more than 48 hours & STILL NO RESPONSE.

Cell C is very quick to cut your line if you do not pay, but when you have a refund due to you, you have to fight for weeks to get it back. It would just be nice to get a call & told what is going on.

SORRY I don't have millions in the bank like you & I NEED THAT MONEY DUE TO ME BACK.

I called, I mailed & got nothing. So this is my next step.
