After purchasing a once-off data bundle the data still had not been allocated to my account after 6 hours, although my account had been debited. I then called the call centre and was advised to not use my phone as I would be charged out-of-bundle rates. I then asked if the transaction could be reversed, and was told that no-one could assist with this, and I would have to call on Monday.
