It has now been more than a month since they "escalated" my call and still absolutely nothing.
The escalation code they gave me in my previous hellopeter complaint also doesn't exist, according to their call center.
They told my wife that they will fix my line on Friday the 27th of December, but never arrived.
They are absolutely useless and the people who handle your call can't do anything except email the repairs department, which from the look of things, can't read and must be complete and illiterate inbreds.

Anyway, I will now be taking this to my attorney and they will not only have to refund the last 7 months payments, but also pay my legal fees and loss of income, as I need this line to perform my work duties.
