Adding things to account without notice

I received my account and on my Internet dongle they added gprs and wasp without letting my know. the gprs is not regularly informed of status only after u use your free 1 gig the let u know you must start paying now and with the wasp nobody could tell me at the port Elizabeth branch what is wasp and eventually when the did the said i subscribe to a service and that's the charges i will know if i subscribe to a service and now the tell me it 3rd party so they cant do anything. why must i pay for things that is not my fault
