Still waiting for Vodacom to get back to me

During the course of last year (somewhere in November) I bought additional data from my contract via Vodacom's website. For one or other reason I got billed 3 x the data charges, although I only clicked on the button once. So instead of only receiving 100Mb once-off, I received 300Mb, and my account was debited with 3 x R29.

I immediately phoned the call centre for assistance, and was promised that someone will sort it out for me, as I don't want the excess data and certainly want the money back that was deducted from my account.

I'm STILL waiting for Vodacom to sort out this problem, as it wasn't my fault that the data that I bought was added 3 times to my account instead of the once that was intended to.

Please sort this out, as the amount (2 x R29) was deducted from my bank account.
