R800 termination admin fee after 24 mnth cont end

Had a 24 month telkom mobile data contract which ended 15 November 2013 & I gave notice to terminate the line at the end of the 24 month mandatory period. I was charged R800 for terminating the line. Called them & given ref.7258513 & promised a callback within 24 hours but nothing happened. Went to telkom shop after 2 weeks & told they still working on the case. Call to liquidate & close down this co.
