Package not updated

I went into branch at phoenix to upgrade my contract. This was done i got the phone and on the 27th i expected to get the R200 airtime as well as 200 sms. And 200mb with an additional 150mb. I still have not received this. I received the airtime and sms of my old package. I've contacted Razia at the phoenix branch and she advised that a query was logged and it would take 24-48hrs. After this time it's still not updated. I called her again this morning still waiting for a response. I've contacted 808 about 5-6 times and they also didn't help. I want the services that I've requested
