MTN call centre and stores do not work togethe

I recently upgraded my contract with MTN under a deal for R200 200mb 200sms with the SIII.

Just after the upgrade i got in the airtime but it was only 150mb and 25sms's. I called in but the lady didn't seem to understand what i was trying to say and i thought the airtime may come in later as this was a "new contract".

I called the call centre again on 4/05/13 advising that i now need the rest of the airtime as i had run out of sms's. The lady assisting me advised that my contract is for R200 150mb 25 sms's. She advised me to go back to the store which i refused to do as i have moved and it is no longer in my area. She then advised that she could request the papers. (why didn't she do this in the first place?)

After getting cut off i called yet again (not to mention the wait time before you get anyone on the line), and explained to the new lady the story and thereafter asked to speak with a manager. After explaining yet again i was eventually advised that retention would call about cancelling the contract. I logged a complaint about the fact that i was supposed to be called back yesterday. I still have not been called back.

I want to have nothing to do with MTN!!
