My complaint below as logged on 21/12/2012 refers. Can I please get an update as to how far you are with your investigation. NB.
On 13/12/2012, I logged onto internet banking only to find that I have been charged an amount of R20 for 3-months bank statements that I never requested or received. I immediately went to the Menlyn branch where I lodged a query with Margaret Masemola who promised to investigate the issue with the Phoenix branch (where the breach occurred) and revert to me in 3 days. Margaret never contacted me and I subsequently went to the Grove Branch on 19/12/2012 where a consultant told me that she could not assist me because the query was not logged properly by the Menlyn branch. I then had to drive back to Menlyn where Margaret made me fill in the "customer breach of confidentiality"forms which she said she will fax to the Phoenix branch for investigation. As of yesterday, Margaret couldn't tell me when this issue was going to be resolved. I need an explanation as to why and who retrieved my bank statements in Phoenix while I was in Pretoria.
