MWEB - Worst ISP, Worst Customer Service

I signed up for a 6 mth contract with the 1st 2 months free, for the 1st 2 months I had no prob with my internet but then all started breaking loose. My linespeed just inexplicably dropped quite drastically, I called MWEB and did all the troubleshooting tests and nothing worked they blamed and Telkom and Telkom blamed MWEB, classic. I then called Telkom myself and they told me my linespeed was 384kb/s, the guy had no clue why and he changed me back to 1mb/s. My internet was then fine for a while until my internet just switched off completely, in the middle of this battle my router I bought from MWEB also gave in. I called back and forth a few times and the incompetent staff all did the same tests with me every time and they would call whenever they wanted to give feedback or just not call at all. I eventually spoke to a "Senior Tech" who gave me a FNB connect account to test for 2 days which worked perfectly, I then switched back to MWEB and it worked fine for a a day and a half.By this time I just about gave up and let it go, I recently started the whole process over again, lets see how far they get this time. BTW, I'm not sticking with MWEB after this contract is over.
