My line has been soft-locked! I have sent various e-mails to Vodacom's customer care Dept but my problem has not been resolved!
I have just called Customer Services and have been told that I have data and minutes available so what is the reason for my line being soft locked? The agent who took my call also couldnt understand why this happened.
