I bet that Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko has a host of technicians at his beck and call to make sure he's connected 24/7 because they sure as nuts are not around to service customers and respond to faults in Cape Town. My line has been down since the 6th of December and despite at least 15 calls to 10210 absolutely nothing has been done. Nothing. I've been promised calls from technicians, area managers and supervisors but all I want is someone to reconnect the physical line back to our house that has come down in the wind. How frigging hard can that be. Ref 516CWK061213. The call centre has impotent people who can do nothing but apologise and make another empy promise that I'll be called the next day. Probably the most useless organisation I've had the displeasure of dealing with.
