Useless Technicians and Call Centre Staff

We reported our telephone line 0114339164 with reference no: 408crz220113 on Monday already, still waiting for a technician to come fix our line. Nobody at Telkom cares that we loosing clients and business, the response I get from the call centre "we have a back log" that's not good enough! I really want to move all 2 my accounts from Telkom!
