Lazy Installers from Telkom

I ordered a telkom phone, the installation department have made two appointments with me. These are whole day appointments. Both times, lazy and useless technicians pitched up here and did absolutely nothing. The first left the cable here for me to run, he did not replace the line from the pole or do anything in the house, the second followed with the same actions. Both times it was the excuse that lines were not connected outside the property. Both of these times they did not do anything inside my property which meant a total waste of time. Now a third appointment has been scheduled - for Monday.
