Line not active after 3 days of settling account

I paid an outstanding amount on a MTN account on 24/12/13 - REF: 0832570963. Yet my line has still not been activated. Normally it takes 24 hours as i understand but this is ridiculous. Secondly this could have been avoided if the consultant that set up the contract was competent in his job and set up the debit order as requested now every month I have to go into the bank to settle this account, its ridiculous. i have had so many issues with MTN in the past. You corporate companies are bullies and you do not take your clientele into consideration. I would like this problem sorted asap!
