I logged a support request on 24/12/2013. Ticket ID: 1797713. 12 Days later Still no response as to whether it was resolved or not.

For every email I send to support@webafrica and get no response whatsoever, I will continue to turn to hellopeter. I am done calling them ten times for the same thing and have to beg them for answers/resolution. AND will ALWAYS paste my original comments along with it:

"please avoid giving any business to Webafrica. over the past two years, their service levels have dropped drastically. Their email systems are constantly failing, their support staff have absolutely no idea what they doing anymore, they ALMOST NEVER resolve problems and hardly EVER respond to your pleas for help. I have sent five emails for the same thing and no response. I called several times for same issue. They promise to call back and nothing. It appears this company is quickly going down the toilet."
