I was due for an upgrade in December 2013. I made sure of talking to Autopage a month before due date (20 Dec 2013). I spoke to a guy named Dine, he was very helpful and I placed the order for my new phone. I told dine that I would need the phone on or before the 19th of December. He assured me that it would not be a problem. I phoned twice after to ensure that everything was still in track, and was assured that it was. On the 18th I phoned and Dine was not available, so I left a message for him to call me back. That never happened. I phoned again on the 20th to inform him that our company would be closing down at 12h00 on the 20th and will only reopen on the 6th of January. Once again I left a message and of course no reply. They then tried to deliver the phone on the 23, to the office, that was closed. I phoned again and left a message for Dine, and the manager of upgrades and surprise surprise no one has called back. I also informed them that I would like to end both my contracts with them and would like someone to contact me to explain the procedure. Still no call back. I am totally disappointed in Autopage and will not use them again.
