My account was suspended by 8ta/telkom mobile on the 24th with no one informing me that the were amounts outstanding. On the 25th a debit order went through to pay this account I called 8ta and spoke to a lady called Josephine Mosito and have emailed her my statement, I then paid R424 that she said was outstanding on monday the 29th and emailed her the deposit slip! I called the call centre on monday and was told my line will be open in 24 hours tuesday again I called and still was told 24 hours. I called again this morning the 31st and I spoke to Fabio or Fabian who said he was not from that department but was trying to help, but he said my line should be open by lunch time! Its past lunch time but nothing has happened. I told them I use this line for work as I am a commission earner and if I can't work I can not get paid, I have lost business because of this. I need them to open this line asap and the free minutes and data that will remain in my account should be carried over to next month as I could have used them up on the days that they did not activate my line.
