8ta cancelled line and bad account management

Moved to 8ta because of nice packages and use 4 lines for business. After second month I changed banking details and since then 8ta has not been debuting my account and when I question it they say all is in order, I have over 100 emails of proof and correspondence. Every month they don't debit me then cut my lines completely and with no warning SMS or call. I have to then go into the bank and do eft because I can't get my otp on any cells and they tell me it's not my fault but they put me out and cost me money. After this happening four months in a row they have managed to my account up and it's high due to them not billing me a month... Why are all these issues my problem I have proof that there is money in my account every month and no bounced debit they simple run a joke of a billing system. To top all off I called to reconnect my lines this month and paid the ridiculous bill and they tell me my line is cancelled wich was my previous personal cell line with no letter or fax request... This is my last attempt to get this sorted, I will go national and public if I am not sorted out and my lines active in 48 hrs and will sue you flat from damages. Very unhappy customer.
