Almost 4 weeks and no come back

On the 7th February 2013 i logged a complaint regard my data usage bill i had receive for over R900's of data usage in the month of January, on the 12th of February i received an sms stating i had 3.8megs of data remaining that will expire on the 31/01.

When logging the complaint i received a reference number of S3-SHV3R-RM3F6 as of yet i have had no response.
