On 27 Nov last year I logged a Hello Peter complaint about 3 new products activated on my account without my consent. On 28 Nov I was told that this will be cancelled and I will not be charged.

I was not charged in Dec, Jan or Feb but today I received my March bill and have been charged R51.75 for My Music and R60.53 for Lifestyle Package. Please cancel this service and reverse these charges immediately as I have not authorised this.

Secondly, I logged two other disputes on Hello Peter regarding incorrect data charges because the data bundle was not loaded on my new contract. I was told by Cherante Chetty that this will be credited to my credit card more than 3 weeks ago and this has still not been done. I tried to contact her again and mailed her on 1 March with no response. I have been incorrectly charged again in my March bill for data usage from 13 Jan to 16 Jan.

I also requested a 2GB limited/cap to be placed on this data contract and I have no idea whether this has been done or not.

I do not want to hear from Cherante again. Can someone who is competent and can follow through on customer promises contact me and sort out my account and credit due to me.
