A phone was and immediately reported to Cell C in December 2012 at The Glen where the incident form was completed and submitted immediately to C-Cover. Since then there has been no communication on the status of this form and resolution to this matter and I had to incur an expense of purchasing another handset even though I had been paying insurance all along on this contract. A few months back I went back to query this with Neren "The Manager" at The Glen where he said he would look into the matter and to date I was told there wasn't record of this form being sent and that another C-Cover form needed to be submitted. 2 months later I am still waiting for a response. I have tried getting hold of Neren and he hasn't returned my call. The service as a manager and company is pathetic and as my 3 contract lines are drawing to an end I'll gladly take my - R5, 000 per month business else where and not renew any contracts with Cell C despite being a customer for over 8yrs.
