Agent wil stop at nothing for their commision

I applied online for a add line to my existing account. it was a deal for 2 x hi sence tv's. When the Agent from the sales department called me to finnish the deal, i told him to cancel as i had bought a tv elswhere and did not need the contract anymore so he should not continue with it. He then said no worries he wil not continue and he assured me that the application would now be cancelled. A few days later i get a call from a courier company to ask when they can deliver the phone from MTN. I told then that i did not go ahead the the contract and that i dont want it. Turns out the agent activated the line and put through the order without my concent. That is considdered and illigal. I am disgusted in the service from MTN. They want to take R300 a month now for something i dont have.
