Unfair treatment

Good day
Early this year an agent from foscini called to offer me a contract airtime top up of R50 worth of airtime and 25 sms for R49 aa month that will be debited on my foscini account. June 2013 I told them that my contract was ending and I had seperated with my long term boyfriend whom I leaved with and I was struggling financially and thus I will not be able to continue with the contract they told me they can't cancel. I asked them one thing that I did not sign anything and the agent told me I could cancel at any time but to my surprise now they have soft locked MY PHONE, MY SIMCARD for what I don't know. It is simple I DONT WANT THEIR AIRTIME NOR SMS I want this cancelled and not to be repeated again!!!
