Unknown subscriptions

I have tried to cancel an unknown subscription service called ratenate on this account 0746038981 charging me about R1.76 daily since November, i called the customer service and i was told it would be cancelled in 3 days but never happened and i complained via autopage website on the 11th of dec and this was the response
"'Kindly note the request has been submitted to the WASPA SP Company to have all the subscription cancelled on log ref #5608642.
