Message: New Migration done online on 5 November 2013 and confirmed by Tshepo (I did not note his surname) contact no. 0716505401. 10 Days later only. On 15/11/2013 received text message that my order will be delivered in the next 24 to 72 hours. Today is the 27th November 2013 and I have still not received my order i.e. 22 days since my migration; 12 days since notice that the order will be delivered 24 - 72 HOURS. This is unsatisfactorily and poor service. I hereby give notice that my account be cancelled with immediate effect. I do not want the migration. I will pay the account for the end of November 2013 but any future payments will be returned by my bank. Please CONFIRM cancellation. Thank You
