Shocking service from Autopage Cellular!!!

This complaint pertains to about a dozen online and call centre failed requests to cancel my Autopage Cellular contract over a period of 6 months, during which Autopage Cellular was still deducting funds from my bank account.

My wife and I relocated to the United States in March 2012, and my Autopage Cellular contract was due to expire in August 2012. I contacted Autopage in March to schedule the cancellation of my phone contract (which would run until the end of August) and to cancel with immediate effect the sms bundle.By May, the sms bundle had still not been cancelled, so I followed up with an online request, and was told that the bundle would be cancelled within 24 hours (reference A1205143404). The funds for the sms bundle continiued to be deducted monthy, and I called several times and sent several online requests, but got no reply. In November the contract was eventually cancelled, and I asked to be reimbursed for the sms bundle since March and the phone since August (several hundred Rand). On 28/11/2012 I was only reimbursed R23 without explanation. Autopage, please reimburse me what is owed! I have records of all correspondence and transactions.
