Paid account then it got disconnected

We upgraded from Easyview to Premium for a few days and upon downgrading back to Easyview late at night on 27 November. We paid the account online the next day the full amount as stated on my online profile. We had tv for a few days and suddenly it was disconnected. On inspection I see they charged us on the same day I paid the account, a reconnection fee and another Easyview amount? I don't understand how you suspended our account and charging us reconnection fees on the same day i paid. I complained via email upon which the lady said they would investigate but a reconnection fee is applicable because I did not pay my account. I am confused and this is taking quite a long time to resolve.
