Switch off Electricity without warning after paid

On Friday the 31st of Jan i paid my municipal account after i received the invoice, my electricity was disconnected that same day at 17:30 we received a note that we had to pay R600 for the reconnection of the electricity and R500 for the reconnection of the water - which was NOT even disconnected, the contractor got out of his car with pliers and did not even touch the water meter, he just put the bill in my gate... after numerous phone calls all they say is i have to wait 48hours for reconnection today is the 5th of February - STILL NO RECONNECTION??? i am not leaving this here, i will go to all the local newspapers they WILL pay for my meat that is off and will pay for my petrol i had to drive just to get my daughter in a warm bath. i have complaint and contacted all resources possible but Tshwane want to keep it inside the company they have sent me the dispute committee forms to keep it quiet. they will hear from my lawyers and the newspapers, this is UNACCEPTABLE waiting 6 days for reconnection after urgent reconnection was arranged??? ref nr: 7000 343 710 for this so to call urgent reconnection...
