FAULTY ADSL/VOICE LINE FOR A WEEK

My home line stopped working last week Sunday (2013/12/15), I contacted Telkom (from my cellphone), after being on hold for a lengthy period of time, I finally reported the fault. I've been call EVERY day to find out any progress details, and I get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING... They (service desk staff), continually give me the exact same response: "Sir, We are busy trying to fix it...", EVERY TIME the same response, yet nothing has been fixed, after a week, I still have NO SERVICE at all, this is simply ridiculous, at least somebody could provide me with feedback, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON... The REALLY sad news, (wait for it), I also work for Telkom, but I don't deal with faults or technicians, I'm an analyst, so I don't know who else to contact.
