What a bad experience at this branch today i got... wow, i got the new Samsung Galaxy S4 but it only lasted a week and here my problem started... I was on vacation for a week so in fact, i used it for less than a week and noted on my return that the s4 is distorting after i had switched it on. I went to the MTN at Carnival Mall where I have upgraded, to my disappointment, there were only two persons assisting. It took me and hour to get helped only to be told "you dropped the phone" (phone still has plastics on, screen protectors and body glove) and in prestige condition as removed from the box. I insisted that the phone be replaced which is only 13 days old and said that I will have bring it on the 27 Dec for booking so they can investigate. I am totally disgusted as this phone is still brand new and not a fault of mine that it distorts uncontrollably. I now sit with a phone i cannot even use. A replacement phone is demanded immediately. "As i was told about batch problems they are experiencing" by one of the sales person.
Please note i will have to cancel this contract which is 13 days old with MTN which has been existing for over 15yrs if no conclusion has been reached. BAD...
