New Phone problems

A week ago, I opened a new contract with vodacom and got myself a new Blackberry Q5. After almost 4 days the contract was finally activated. Shortly after that I started experiencing problems with the phone. First the simcard didn't work. Then after fixing the problem myself the camera doesn't want to work. I took the phone in today to vodacom but they told me they have to send the phone in, because they cant find the problem. I am a sales rep and need a phone, thats why I bought one in the first place?? What am I suppose to do now?? My phone is partly responsible for my income every month. It is a brand new phone. This is unacceptable!
