I phoned to do an upgrade on my data contract. I was assisted by Thato Sello (Online sales consultant) We went through the whole application process only to have wasted 20 minutes of my time and told me that my account will be debited with R 150 for a connection fee! No where on the terms and conditions does it indicate that I have to pay connection fee. In fact they say save R 290 when you order online. Thato could not answer what the R 290 savings was. I am reporting this so that other customers are not lured into this trap! This should be noted and indicated on their website so that Customers will be aware of additional charges. Also the fact that I have had to wait a further 25 minutes to speak to a manger is absolutely shocking. I did not even get to speak to the manager in the end. I had to leave a message for him to call me. I am still waiting for this call!
The lack of service leaves a lot to be desired!
