I had initially called Telkom on the 09.11.13 to report a faulty line, due to the heavy storm the Thursday before,
I spoke to thulisile or something, she was very rude and abrupt but advised that my report will be sorted in 3 from days from then, which was a Wednesday,
nothing happened as advised, that same week on Friday my mum called, but still nothing, we left it, then I called again and spoke to a gentleman, on the 25.11.13
I called again on the 05.12.13 and spoke to Xolia or something like that, after holding on foe 14mins and 26seconds (which is totally unacceptable) as i was at work, but she told me the very same thing that "its the whole area etc" WELL ITS NOT THE WHOLE AS ALL MY NEIGHBOURS PHONES ARE WORKING AND THEY IN THE SAME AREA!!! I NEVER ASKE DFOR THE BOX TO BE IN MY YARD, SO I DONT SEE Y I MUST BE ON THE RECEIVING END NOW THAT I HAVE AN ISSUE!!! THEY CANNOT EVEN GIVE ME A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME FOR THE COMPLETION OF WORK!!! WHAT B.S IS THAT I HAVE AWITED FOR AFR TOO LONG AS TOMORROW THE 07.12.13 WILL BE EXACTLY A MONTH WE DONT HAVE A PHONE, THEN TEY SAY THEY ONLY GOT THE CALL ON THE 16TH OF NOV! INCOMPETENCE AT ITS WORST!!!
