My vodacom cotract was due for upgrade in June 2013. I found out that it was re-newed. A Vodacom call center agent informed me to send an affidavit and ID with my complaint and request to cancel my contract. I have sent 3 e-mails with those documents plus 1 with the contract which I managed to get myself from the responsible Vodacom shop. Vodacom has been completely unhelpful in the investigation of this matter. Meanwhile my account has been debited with the monthly amount for the contract and I had to pay for the handset that I never received. I keep calling Vodacom and have had to explain my problem to so many people that ask me all sorts of security questions and it is funny how these security measures did NOTHING to help when my contract was renewed without my authorisation. There is no direct line for the responsible department and it is RIDICULOUS that I have to go through so many DIFFERENT departments. I have been a customer for years and I am appalled at Vodacom's quality of service, but they would go all out to get a hold of me when it is convenient for them
