Good day, I had ordered a device begining of Aug this year. the device was faulty within months, I took it in to cellc and received the "repaired" unit on the 31st of November. It had been booked in for 2weeks. I am really disappointed as I am experiencing the same fault. I called cellc this morning and spoke to the repair dept, he put me through to someone who could help me - I HAD SPOKEN TO 8 people and no one was able to help. the 8th person took down my details as I told her how frustated I am. My point is I dont have a car to keep taking a device back and forth, even more upsetting is that I am paying for my bbm service which I cant use. if this was you/ you will be upset too. Just as you guys delivered my fone - I want it collected and a new device replaced. it is not fair that I have to sit with a device that faulty TWICE over. I also feel its fair to be reimbursed. I cant call the call centre again as they dont know how to even help me? I hope you can.
