Inept Technicians

For the last year, we have been experiencing problems with our ADSL connection. Telkom Technicians have been to our house probably about 5 times and each one tries something else - but the same problem still persists.

Please can a technician with experience in correcting this problem be sent and not inexperienced staff with whom we have had to deal with.
