Simple Task

Hi,

I phoned in at Cell Cavendish requesting them to email me a transfer of ownership form. They agreed. An hour went by and still nothing. I called back and the lady said she was busy sending it. Another hour went by and still nothing. I phoned back a third time and they continued to say they are resending it.

And hour later and guess what... Nothing!

How do these people work? I really don't understand. It's such a simple request!
